About Me

I’m a licensed therapist (MSW, RSW) since 2005, specializing in Self-Esteem, Trauma, Anxiety, and Nervous System Regulation. I'm also a human who has been through my own healing journey with low self-esteem, trauma, anxiety and nervous system dysregulation. From the age of 5 years old, I began having intense anxiety. My inner world was run by my Inner Critics and Anxiety, as well as this Part of me desperately trying to feel some sene of control and another Part needing to numb. It's been a journey, that's for sure! I truly wish I'd had access to this years ago when all this started for me and have made it my life's mission to be able to help others find the quality of life they deserive (that includes you!!).


I have training in several evidence-based therapies, yet these are the ones I draw upon most: Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Nervous System-Focused appraoches. I also taught Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga for 10 years.


What I've learned over the last two decades as a therapist is that you need an integrative approach to truly heal. This means working with your brain, body, and nervous system. Healing isn’t just about talking through your experiences or making sense of them logically—it’s also about gently addressing how those experiences are stored in your body and how your nervous system has learned to protect you. When we bring these pieces together, we can create a space for deep, lasting change that feels safe, supportive and motivating. It’s about helping you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels steady and compassionate, so you can move forward with greater ease and confidence.
